Sheryl underwood is a comedian, host of a television show, and performer from the US. She's most well-known for her role as The Talk's morning co-host. She was born in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl has a family that has had many issues. Sheryl was raised by her sibling Frankie. Frankie had suffered from Polio. Growing up, she had an uneasy relationship with her mother. Sheryl states that in the past, her mother would stab her father for becoming too close to her. Sheryl became a member of the military soon after she graduated college. Sheryl's passion for comedy was evident. In 1989 she was the first woman to reach the finals of the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. She began her TV career when she was a frequent performer at the HBO Comedy Show Def Comedy Jam in 1992. She hosted the show in 2000. The show Oh Drama! Since 2011, she has been being a co-host for The Talk, a talk show. The Talk. In addition she has also been in fictional roles on shows including Bulworth Nikki and Beauty Shop.
