Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl Underwood was born and raised in Arkansas and grew up in the state. She was a television host of the talk show on daytime The Talk. Born in Arkansas she grew up at Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl comes out of the midst of a difficult background. She spent the majority of her childhood taking care of her older sister Frankie suffering from the disease of polio. When she was a child, she had a difficult relationship with her mom. Sheryl claims that for instance, her mother knifed her father after he became intimate with her. After her graduation from college, Sheryl joined the military. Her passion for the military was comedy. She became the first woman to be a finalist in the contest Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. She started her TV career as a frequent performer at The HBO Comedy Show Def Comedy Jam in 1992. In 2000 she appeared as host of the television talk show Oh Drama! In 2011, she began appearing as a co-host on The Talk, a talk show. The Talk. She's appeared in fictitious series such as Bulworth Nikki Beauty Shop and others.
