Harry

Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British musician and a singer. Harry Styles was one among the founders of One Direction. He is the son of Des Styles and Anne Cox. His birth date was the 1st February 1994 in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, which is where he formed his own group of musicians with 3 schoolmates, which he called White Eskimo. They took home the Battle of Bands in 2009, thanks to their outstanding performances. Despite having an interest in music as well, he was also interested in becoming an attorney or physiotherapist. He was employed in a local bakery for a few hours to support his family financially. Harry Styles auditioned for The X Factor in 2010, and did Is not She Lovely, one of the Stevie Wonder song. He got selected. This is why his group were forced to split. In the course of auditioning on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles could be part of a future band that would be dubbed One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. The group's creation became a reality in the year 2010, and the five young people were sponsored by Simon Cowell. The band performed songs like My Life Would Suffer Without You which was written by Kelly Clarkson, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, by Bonnie Tyler during the contest. This made the group one of the possible winners for the coveted prize. However they were 3rd place, behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles' group didn't place, however Cowell nonetheless paid two million dollars to One Direction for them to sign a deal with Syco.
