Lisa Edelstein has been an American actor for more than 20 years. Most well-known is for her performance as a character in House on Fox. When she turned 18 years old, Lisa relocated to New York City from Wayne where she was raised according to traditional Jewish tradition. However, very quickly, she became active in the club scene and made enough noise to be seen by the media and concurrently, becoming aware of the devastation of AIDS. The singer used her experience in the music industry and public recognition to write and perform in a brand new musical called Positive Me. In the following months, she got an interview with MTV as host of Awake in the Wild Side. When the show was over the show, she began appearing on the film and television industry, beginning with small roles, and slowly established herself as an actor.
