On the 21st of August, 1967, she was born in Burnaby. The actress has two sisters, Melvyn Moss and Barbara Moss. Carrie-Anne Moss was the name she was given by her mother in the wake of Hollies her hit single Carrie Anne that was first released in the month of May, 1967. Mother of child also expecting this song. Brooke Moss, her elder brother, is her younger sibling. She's 55 years old. Moss has mixed German-English ancestry as well as being Canadian. Moss spent the majority of her teenage years living in Vancouver British Columbia Canada. Her other sibling was Brooke Moss her older brother. Moss hails from Canada and has a mixed heritage of English and German. Through the majority of her early years she was a resident of Vancouver British Columbia Canada. In her senior high school season, she traveled across Europe with her choir, the Magee Secondary School choir. That same year, she made her debut on television playing Tara in the show Dark Justice. Three children were born to them, and they're proud. They welcomed their son Owen Roy in September 2003. They were blessed with their first child and named him Owen Roy, in September of 2003.
